Protection built in

Dry-run protectionStops the motor when the borewell runs dry or the pump loses water, before the winding overheats.
Rotor-stuck (locked rotor)Detects a jammed rotor at start-up and cuts supply instead of letting the motor burn out.
Wire-cut & single-phasingTrips instantly on a cut cable or a missing phase, a leading cause of burnt submersible motors.
Over / under voltageHolds the pump off while the supply is outside the safe band, and restarts only when it recovers.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a smartphone to use the pump controller?

No. You can start, stop and check the pump with simple SMS commands from any phone. The Creatronix mobile app adds live status, power history and hourly schedules.

How does it know when power comes back?

It senses the 3-phase supply at the starter and alerts you by SMS and in the app as soon as power returns, so you can start irrigation straight away.

Which motor protections are built in?

Dry-run, rotor-stuck, wire-cut and single-phasing, over and under voltage, phase imbalance and overload protection.

Can I add sensors later?

Yes. The sensor edition works as your farm's IoT gateway: add a wireless weather sensor for temperature and humidity now, with a borewell groundwater-level sensor upcoming. Readings travel over the same 4G SIM.
